Nicasio LLC Refund Policy

REFUNDS
All sales are final and no refund will be issued. 
Due to the nature of Nicasio LLC business, web design and development, we do not offer a refund for services purchased. We will however, offer credit for future services at the retail rate of $150 per hour. Scope gathering, communications, phone calls, production scheduling and discovery are all, but not limited to, billable time.
