Last May Google announced that page experience signals would be included in Google Search ranking. Recently, however they added a few more items to how they say their ranking will work:
The Core Web Vital are:
Loading – because longer page load times have a severe effect on bounce rates.
Interactivity – speaks of the measurement taken from whatever interactive element a user first clicks. This is important on pages where the user needs to do something, because this is when the page has become interactive.
Visual Stability – measures visual stability, or how much content shifts around on the page after it loads.
The other points are already in play; mobile friendly, safe browsing/https, and oh those pop-ups…
