WordPress Site Launch: eTrain Today

Custom WordPress Site by Nicasio DesignThis is a fairly unique website that we had the pleasure of building out. eTrain Today already had a logo and a basic idea of where they wanted to go with design, but needed help getting their new business venture up and running.

eTrain provides online training and testing for people that work with hazardous materials and other jobs that require various certifications. This site had to be part e-commerce, part membership management, and part distance learning.

We ended up building the site on WordPress. Through the use of a custom theme, the Shopp plugin, a custom, AJAX powered e-learning plugin (written by Nicasio) and integration with Articulate’s Presenter software we delivered a solution that is functional, intuitive, and easy to use (for both the site admin and test takers).

WordPress Site Launch: American Ion

American Ion has an exciting new product that can keep the air in your home, office, etc clean of bad smells, allergens, and some viruses. They have a great product and needed a website that could get them off the ground quickly and also scale as their new venture grew.

WordPress Site Launch: L5 Technologies

The web has been buzzing with talk of the new L5 remote for the iPhone and iPod Touch.

Nicasio Design had the pleasure of creating the website for this innovative new product.

L5 needed a way to market their genius new device and had an idea for site design, but needed someone to bring it to life. This is where we (and WordPress) came in.

Using a slick, custom theme powered by AJAX (also with non-javascript support of course) a web presence was created for this exciting new gadget in record time.

Sites Redesigns Using WordPress

KnifeCoach-logoHeader

Our specialty here at Nicasio Design has always been custom WordPress Design and Development. However some well established businesses have pre-existing sites that they are more or less happy with, but always looking to improve.

This was the case with Knife Coach and Wendy Lewis Co. Both of these sites are owned by beauty expert Wendy Lewis. Wendy was happy with the site’s overall design and content, but wanted to bring them up to date by making them more dynamic and making some design tweaks.

Both of these sites were previously static sites, however in order to give the client more control over their content and make the sites more dynamic we ported both sites over to WordPress while making some fairly significant design tweaks in the process. We also made all of the content on the site dynamic, giving maximum control to the Wendy and her team.

We Are Proud to Launch the New SBAC WordPress Site

SBAC Custom WordPress Site - ThumbnailNothing make us happier at Nicasio than launching a new website. This is a custom WordPress site that we are particularly proud of. The Small Business Assistance Corporation came to use with a website that had a ton of great content, and a convenient online loan application process. They needed a website redesign and wanted to reorganize their immense amount of content in a more user friendly way. They also needed a robust content management system to easily manage their large amount of data. The solution? WordPress of course.

WordPress Site Launch – Pelham Children’s Theater

pelham.jpg

There are a few things in life that are as rewarding as launching a brand new web site. Things like -

  • Ice cold water on a hot muggy day.
  • A cold beer during a baseball game.
  • College graduation.
  • And, getting that girl’s telephone number.

We are oh so proud to announce the launch of the new Pelham Children’s Theater WordPress site today. Pete Rocco has been a gentleman through this process – communicating requirements back and forth between the orginization’s board and the Nicasio design team, and yet keeping his cool all along. I tell you we cannot complain when a customer comes to us with a clear vision of where he wants to be. Great job Pete!
