SAVANNAH, GA—Nicasio Design & Development has bought the assets of recently dissolved Georgia Web firm Color Maria. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

Founded by Felix Figuerreo and Chris Underwood this year, Nicasio sells Web design and development services, application development and Web analytics for small and mid-sized businesses. Figuerreo worked with Color Maria, which is more than a decade old, prior to forming Nicasio.

“There is no question that the internet is a crucial tool for a business’ success in the 21st century,” Figuereo says.
