I suspect they quit about the time they made all of their major changes due to financial difficulties. My thought is, a little customer service goes a long way in retaining business. Will this add-in allow for that? I'm sorry if I sound like a real newb. I've got some people telling me it's possible - even easy - and others telling me it's impossible.
